Diddy and longtime girlfriend Kim Porter welcomed two twin baby girls into the world on Thursday morning. The couple named the girls after their grandmothers, D’Lila Star Combs (Kim’s grandmother) and Jessie James Combs (Diddy’s grandma). D’Lila weighed in at 5 lbs. and Jessie at 5 lbs. 4 oz. Congrats to Diddy and Kim!
