Busta Rhymes was arraigned in a Manhattan court today on a misdemeanor assault charge. Busta was arrested last night after police say a man complained that the hip-hop star had beaten him up in a dispute over unpaid back wages. The 34-year-old rapper turned himself in and was booked on a misdemeanor assault charge. His bail was set at $3,500. Police say Busta’s accuser claims the rapper punched and kicked him during a confrontation outside a lower Manhattan building on December 26.
