50 Cent Puts Mansion Up For Sale

  /  05.04.2007

50 Cent has just put up for sale the 52-room Connecticut mansion he has lived in for more than three years. The rapper bought the 48,000-plus-square-foot house from Mike Tyson for $4.1 million in September 2003 and has reportedly spent roughly $6 million on renovations, including the installation of a helicopter pad. “I was surprised it hadn’t come on the market because we were expecting it,” said Curt Clemens, owner of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford. “He’s put a lot into it, and it’s all very tasteful, except the stripper poles.”
