Here are a couple unusual collaborations. Talib Kweli has teamed up with Norah Jones for a nice laid-back song called “Soon The New Day” off Talib’s new album Eardrum (July 24). This is not the first time Norah has collaborated with a rapper. She previously worked with André 3000 on “Take Off Your Cool” from Speakerboxx/The Love Below. Next up, Enrique Iglesias and everyone’s favorite guest rapper Lil’ Wayne have come together for “Push,” a song off Enrique’s new album Insomniac.

Yup Talib, you did your thing with this one. Nice flow and real laid back and smoothed out. This is real hip-hop…Talib, Mos Def, Kanye, Common, those niggas are the reue essence of hip-hop.
