Missy Elliott celebrated her 36th birthday at Dune in the Hamptons last night. Her good friends Chilli of TLC and producer Rockwilder came out to party with the rapper. Missy is working on a new album with Timbaland, Danja, and Rich Harrison for release later this year. The first single is due out in August.
