Fans Injured at Beyoncé Concert
Two people were injured when pyrotechnics went awry at a Beyoncé concert last night in St. Louis (video above). The accident happened Sunday night when pyrotechnics meant for the stage accidently spilled into the front row. Two concertgoers were taken to the hospital and received a surprise emergency room visit from Beyoncé herself. The star spent 45 minutes with the fans.
Spokeswoman Kathy Holleman would not release the concertgoers’ names but said the injuries were minor. Both were expected to make full recoveries.

Getting a minor injury is certainly worth it if you get a surprise visit from B herself.
It’s still nice to see someone who is one of the most popular names in music take time to visit her fans at the hospital…not everyone would have done the same.

I mean if u really care about ur fans the way u say u do, then quit performin, tryna lookin cute..and see if they are okay, she was standin on stage like “oh they aight, not lemme get back to “Sasha”, and 45 mins? man u betta make that an hour, and then some green in my pocket to make me happy..

WOW good going bey and ummm im pretty sure she is covering the medical expenses…seeing as how they had 45 minutes to talk im sure all of it didnt consist of ” O BEYONCE I LOVE YOU” hahahha im pretty sure there will be some under the table money as well…calm down ppl it wasn’t her fault to begin with…its the engineers fault… how can yall say stop in the middle of the show to see if someone is okay….so stop for 2ppl when there are thousands whom paid and don’t care about those two ppl….also note that she may have not seen who got hurt…she didnt look down and then say O F*CK it…and keep going….she has SO MUCH LIGHTS in her face she just sees bright lights and a pitch black crowd….

That was very considerate of Bey, regardless of her intentions, it was the absolute right thing to do. Hopefully a lawsuit will not come out of this, because even if the engineers are at fault, a good lawyer will find some way to make Beyonc’e negligent. I’m positive that won’t be the case, but the most important thing is those 2 people are going to be alright. and I hope they don’t get tricked into filing a lawsuit!!!!

If Bee stopped in the middle of the show to see if they were alright she would of got sued by the poeple who booked her for that night. It’s just like if you don’t show up! If she didn’t perform she would of got sued. And that was nice for her to stop by for 45 minutes you never know what she had to do afterwards with her busy agenda. Maybe visting hours were over by then. Big stars like her are very busy!
