Jay-Z celebrated the grand opening of his 40/40 Club at The Palazzo Resort & Casino in Las Vegas with a star-studded event that included everyone from Beyoncé and Mary J. Blige to Al Sharpton and Robin Thicke. Guests also toasted the 23rd birthday of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James. Check out all the photos below.
