The Game Reunites with Dr. Dre on New Album

MTV is reporting that The Game is about 80 percent done with his next album titled LAX. The Compton MC has been working with producers Cool & Dre, Scott Storch, and has even received beats from Dr. Dre.

“[Dr. Dre] dropped some stuff off,” Game’s DJ Nu Jerzey Devil said. “But I’m not sure if Game did anything to them yet.” Game has been recording in Miami and Los Angeles and should be ready to release LAX this spring.

Devil also addressed the rumors of Game retiring after this album: “He’s fed up with all the BS,” Devil said of Game’s plans to retire. “Unless something tremendous happens with this album, he’ll probably fall back and play the executive role. But this album is sounding better than his first two. He’s at his peak. I’mma do everything in my power to keep him going. I think everything will be good.”

Game’s new mixtape is tentatively titled Am I My Brother’s Keeper and should drop sometime before his album.

    IM FAN OF GAME,BUT IM SURE THIS ALBUM IS WEAKER THAN THE FIRST & SECOND ONE.AND IF GAME RETIRE AFTER THIS ALBUM,HE MADE A STUPID MOVE!

    first one sold 5 mill and second one sold 800,000!!!and im not sure LAX is going platinum because pepole are smart and dont belive that the LAX is the last one!the game just playing with fans like hova…and 2 or 3 years later hes backing with another album…im not serious fan of game but i like that guy…but game must do so much respect for his fans!

    Amir62…..first one (Documentary) sold 5 million (WW) and second one (Doctors Advocate) sold 4 million (WW). Where you get 800,000 from?

    i think 50cent told that in a interview…any way i think the game is going down slowly,and become a average rapper…but all im saying is retirment is a cheap shit for the guy like game,rap stars like nas , hova,tupac release more than 3 fucking albums.the important thing is how long and how u stay in the rap game.

    Game is the shit, hes carrying the west on his back right now. I got love for snoop and other west coast rappers but theyre old and out dated. the only thing that the game needs to do on this album is have a couple songs with a couple blackwallstreet artists. He definately needs to bring up juice and clyde carson.
