Kira Plastinina U.S. Launch

Chris Brown performed at the U.S. launch of Kira Plastinina’s store on Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood. Some of the celebs in attendance included Amerie and JoJo. In addition to being a 15-year-old fashion designer, Kira is the daughter of a Russian billionaire.
