DMX Arrested For Identity Theft DMX has run into trouble with the law yet again. The rapper, born Earl Simmons, was arrested at a mall in Phoenix, AZ on Saturday on charges of identity theft.
The 37-year-old was under investigation for allegedly giving a false name to avoid paying a $7,500 hospital bill for treatment of pneumonia. This is the fifth time in three months that DMX has been arrested. such shame that this person is a role model to many of the children and teens in our society.

So sad that our children and teen’s have such a person as a role model to look after and follow. Do we want our children to follow the footsteps of such people like this?
