DMX has run into trouble with the law yet again. The rapper, born Earl Simmons, was arrested at a mall in Phoenix, AZ on Saturday on charges of identity theft.

The 37-year-old was under investigation for allegedly giving a false name to avoid paying a $7,500 hospital bill for treatment of pneumonia.

This is the fifth time in three months that DMX has been arrested. His recent charges include speeding on a suspended license, animal cruelty, outstanding warrants, and attempted drug purchasing.
