Here’s the official single cover for T-Pain’s “Can’t Believe It” featuring “The Tattooed Man” Lil Wayne. The song is the first single off T-Pain’s circus-themed album Thr33 Ringz due in September.

A video was recently shot in Los Angeles under the direction of Syndrome (Estelle’s “American Boy,” Lupe Fiasco’s “Daydreamin’”).
