Rap-Up.com || Keyshia Cole In Studio with Rodney Jerkins

Keyshia Cole is in the studio with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins working on tracks for her third studio album, scheduled for release by the end of 2008. The new album is reportedly titled Love. The two last collaborated on “Shoulda Let You Go” off Keyshia’s platinum sophomore effort Just Like You.

UPDATE: Keyshia is collaborating with Darkchild as well as songwriter Sean Garrett on the project.

Seriously, who isn’t coming out with a new album by the end of this year? So far, we have Brandy, Monica, Akon, T-Pain, 50 Cent, Kanye West, T.I., Britney Spears, Keyshia Cole, Christina Aguilera. I’m sure there is more that i am forgetting, haha.

And my man, Busta Rhymes has a new album dropping on December 9th.

Destined, nah, on the her recent peachtree episode, she said that no matter what, she wants the album out by Christmas whether or not there is a successful lead single,

I bet you Keyshia, Ciara, Keri, Monica and Whitney will all have their albums pushed back in 2009.

I did watch that peachtree episode though and Monica swore that there was no way that she would not be releasing a new album before the end of the year so we’ll see.

I cn’t wait for Brandy’s comeback album, gonna be straight fire.

Britney, Pink, T.I. and Kanye’s I think will be the big hitters. Probly Britney will do a lil wayne in the first week, but apparently people are saying her record company are pushing her again
