Lil Wayne is now the father of two. An unidentified woman gave birth to the rapper’s second child on Wednesday afternoon at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. The boy is named Dwayne Carter III, according to Usmagazine.com.

Wayne has a 9-year-old daughter named Reginae with his ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Johnson.
