Aretha Franklin Covers MC’s ‘Touch My Body’
In what has to be one of our favorite YouTube videos this year, Aretha Franklin covers Mariah Carey’s hit “Touch My Body” during her concert in Washington, D.C. Hearing the Queen of Soul sing the lyrics, “Throw me on the floor / Wrestle me around,” is absolutely priceless!
“As far as I’m concerned, what starts on the floor stays on the floor,” she told the audience.
