mariah did an amazing performance, so with leona lewis, beyonce did ok and i wont be surprised if single ladies will go number 1 on billboard 100 chart. all in all AMA 2008 in great show performers are terrific

Everyone had a good performance in my opinion. Of course some were better than others, but it was pretty decent.
Highlight of the night was Kanye saying he wants to be like Elvis. . LOL!

Joana stop fooling yourself….You must be really deaf to say Rihanna sings the best…OMG..it amazes how people say Rihanna sings the best,….that gurl bored me to death last night…Go Beyonce….You were about the 10th person to perform last night and the first to get a standing ovation…Youy did your damn thing last night..that was the shyte…Alicia and Queen Latifa also was great…Love pink\’s voice…mariah…stop the miming…please

Im a Mimi stan but Mariah lip synched she really fooled a lot of people, watch closely, its sad she was great back in the day :(, her voice deteriorated years ago. The show was boring.

Seems like a few of y\’all are still sippin\’ on some hate-orade. Mariah was NOT miming! I\’ve seen too many of her live performances to know when she IS or she IS NOT lipsyncing… and this right here is all live! Seems like whenever the woman nails a performance, naysayers come pouring in! Build a bridge and get over it.
Alicia\’s collabo performance was topnotch.
Christina\’s was a waste of an opening slot.
Kanye\’s was cool. But this autotune biz really needs to die pronto.
PCD\’s dancing was cool. Just the dancing though.
Pink was good. Especially the duet with Sarah.
Beyonce is much of the same. Great but played out. Can\’t believe we are gonna get another several months of B\’s over-saturation.

Overall, everyone did a decent job.
Beyonce killed it but i would have rather seen a performance of “If I Were a Boy”.
Alicia Keys with Queen Latifah and Kathleen Battle was amazing. It was definitely one of the best performances of the night.
Kanye’s performance was good too, that song has definitely grown on me.
Rihanna has NO stage presence and needs to work on her performances. However, she did better vocally than i would have expected.
I don’t know what to say about Mariah because i really can’t tell whether or not she is miming through it. The end sounded live though.
Christina’s performance or medly was decent but nothing incredible. She should have just performed “Keeps Getting Better”. I don’t know why her label is promoting her so much, the greatest hits record isn’t going to sell.
I’m tired of the PCD because it’s always been and will always be about Nicole. She doesn’t deserve to always be the main singer and center of attention. Atleast let Melody get her shine, we know that she can sing.
Leona’s performance was BORING, love the song though.
Pink’s performance was really good, she knows how to sing live.

Rihanna did do better….people need to stop and think that she does have accent and u can clearly hear it in her music…Mariah sounds better too and leona lewis tore it up..i hate beyonce sorry guys so that shit was late to me….

Alicia, NeYo, Pink, and Annie Lennox had the best performances. Everyone else was okay,
