Following the Hollywood premiere last week, Beyoncé hit up the AMC Loews 19th Street East 6 for the New York showing of her film Cadillac Records. Jay-Z made an appearance, though he was not pictured with Mrs. Carter, along with Diddy (in a coat Janice Combs would wear), Akon, Ne-Yo, and Mos Def.
