Lil Wayne did it. He successfully talked Keyshia Cole into covering Mary J. Blige’s 1994 hit “I Love You.” Listen to the result below.

Keyshia didn’t need anyone to talk her into to that. She thinks she is the second coming of Mary J Blige anyway.
Please leave the classics alone next time Weezy~

I gotta cuss on this! What the fuck is this hot ass garbage!! Hell no. Maybe Monica wouldve been betta to remake it, but— this shit needs to be scratched- fucking with a classic. Making it tragic!! The production is shit, vocals shit and rap, shit!

Yo cosign with #3…GAR-BaaaaGE! This shit sounds like Keyshia and Weezy recorded this at Six Flags. It\’s crazy what AUTO-TUNE does for voices, and for those of us who don\’t know, auto-tune is not T-paining, that shit is what every singer uses to polish out the rough spots in their voices. Think Mary J. Be Without You on the album, and her performing it live, that last hey…..sounds like shit live! Keyshia, this is not a good look, dig a hole and cover yourself up cause you might as well kill yourself for this one.
