Luckett Be a ‘Lady’ on Second Album

LeToya Luckett is in the studio finishing her sophomore album, Lady Love, scheduled for release on March 24 (EMI Music), Rap-Up.com has learned.

The former Destiny’s Child member is working with Missy Elliott, Chris Brown, and Ne-Yo on the follow-up to 2006’s LeToya. The potential first single was written by Ne-Yo.

The “Torn” singer’s debut album opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in August 2006, selling 165,000 copies in its first week.

    The reason why Kelly and Michelle don’t get promo is because of Columbia and Mathew Knowles, period. If Columbia gave Michelle or Kelly even half the promo of Beyonce, their careers would be a different story.
