A new season of MTV’s “Making the Band 4″ is on the horizon, but now that Danity Kane has disbanded, where does this leave Aubrey O’Day?

Don’t expect to see the outspoken former member of DK on a future season of the show. “You never know if I’ll be involved in the new season, but as of now, no,” she tells MTV News.

“I’d really like to just move past ‘Making the Band’ and start making my own career. But you never know,” adds the pop star, who reportedly posed for Playboy. “If I should need to go back and give a little love and respect to ‘Making the Band,’ then so be it.”

MTV is scheduled to air a “Making the Band 4″ special in February, while Aubrey will make a big announcement on January 14 via MTV News. Could she be getting her own show?
