Beyoncé: ‘I’m So Proud of My Country’

An emotional Beyoncé fought back tears while talking about performing “At Last” for Barack and Michelle Obama’s first dance as President and First Lady.

“I feel so inspired and so proud,” the singer told ABC News. “I’m just so lucky to be a part of this history. It’s probably the most important day of my life.”

    Thats was bitter for you guys to say ! Why can\\\’t you guys try to understands the way that shes feelings.I truely believe that her tears and emotions were really sinceres,and heart felt.Who in the world told you or how do you know that her & her families are republicans,jJust because they\\\’re from Texas and former Pres. Bush is from there and is a republican doesn\\\’t make Beyonce nor her familes republicans or the fact that shes famous and rich.I did not know if you have money in this country or world that makes you a republicans.Haven\\\’t you seen or heard about celebs like,Brad Pitt,George Clooney,Leonardo Dicapiro,Oprah Winfrey,Bruce Springteen, and many others who have campaignes for Pres.Obama,and they are more famous and has waay lots of fortune or money by thamselves than Jay-z&Beyonce\\\’s fortune put together,they\\\’re not republicans they\\\’re DEMOCRATS.By the way you can also be INDEPENDENT,if you\\\’re not part of the republibcans or democratic parties.

    I am not sure why you everyone is angry or critical over her reaction. It’s a huge thing for Obama to be the President. I do not think she was being fake at all. I believe she was feeling what many of us feel, and it can make you emotional. As far as voting goes, she may or may not have been a Republican in the past (who knows, really) but she voted obama this time around, and let’s not forget…..this is america, and we all have the right to vote any way we want. it’s hard not to be judgmental, but it’s best not to be.
