Rap-Up.com || Chris Brown Appears in Court; Arraignment Postponed

Chris Brown appeared in court on Thursday to face two felony charges for his alleged assault of Rihanna.

The pop star entered a downtown Los Angeles courthouse dressed in a grey suit and vest. He did not enter a plea to his felony charges on assault and criminal threats. The arraignment has been continued to April 6.

Brown stood quietly with his hands clasped in front of him, only uttering a few words to the judge in response to her questions. She told him not to “annoy, harass, molest, threaten, or use force or violence against anyone.”

The judge then asked the 19-year-old singer’s lawyer if there was a “no contact order” to which he replied, “Ms. Fenty does not request such an order.”

Police officer notes from a search warrant executed on Feb. 8 were released earlier Thursday, claiming that Brown shoved Rihanna’s head against the car window, bit her on the ear, put her in a headlock, and threatened her life, saying, “I’m going to kill you.”

omg like 4 real if he doesnt get jail time, i think alot of shit is gunna happen. thats sick, i new he hit her but i was not aware that he kept hitting her. i hope when he goes 2 jail, not only does he get his ass tore up, but he get the shit beat out of him, like honestly i want him 2 miss death by like one punch and him 2 come out and never make another song again. he makes us men look like fuckin pricks.

OKAY – lets think about this one…..Chris will be alright with or without Rihanna….Money did not make Chris, Chris makes money….not made money but makes money and lots of it……he is still very young and if Michael Jackson, Brittany Spears and all the other celebrity screw ups were able to make a come back so will he….I believe they both will make a come back together by making their next song together or about each other….They are a very cute couple and they LOVE each other…..

OH MY GOD¡ LOOKS LIKE MONEY IS WORKING THIS MAN TO BE SET FREE PLUS I´VE READ P. DIDDY IS ARRANGING EVERYTHING BETWEEN RIHANNA AND BROWN TO SAVE HIS CAREER FROM OVER. I THOUGHT RIHANNA WAS MORE INTELLIGENT ABOUT HER PRINCIPLES THAT SHE WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO PUT AND END TO IT BUT IT SEEMS IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH THE MONEY. NO SELF LOVE.

if what I just read in the police report is all true, i hope he gets what he deserves…either through legal justice or street justice. just reading it and imagining it in my head sickened me. don’t matter if rihanna started it all, no one should be beaten like that. he apparently kept punching her and choked her till she almost lost consciousness…and then had the nerve to call her homegirl up and acted like nothing had happened? smfh. dude needs more than counseling.
