The wait is over for Ciara fans. Super C has revealed the official album cover and release date for her third album Fantasy Ride, which takes off May 5. Buckle up.

That’s my girl Ciara lookin beautiful as usual! Different then what I expected, but I think this cover draws you in and makes you wonder what the sound of Fantasy Ride will be like. I agree though, I thought it was gonna still have the comic book theme to it, but I love it. It’s something different…a new look for Cici. Any way, I’m goin buy a couple of copies cause the cd is gonna be fire! Get it girl!

P.S. where’s that “Love Sex Magic” video????

yes the comic book will be separate. this is very different for ci. it’s like she’s coming out of some fantasy world. i guess i was thinking she would be on a ride (ie car ) instead of thinking fantasy.

Hey dat dude, thanks for the potential track listing! So glad all my favorites are on there, Work, I’m On, Lovers Thang, High Price those are some of the best! I really wanna hear that Like a Surgeon song with Justin and I can’t wait to hear the full version of “I’m a G” that song is crazy!! Anything with Tricky & The Dream, Timbaland, Danja, The Clutch or Darkchild wit Cici on it is goin be bananas!!! But, I hope “Yearbook” is still on there. Oh yeah and where’s “Echo” that’s one of the best!? Mainly hope that one’s still on the album. And “Click Flash” & “I Don’t Remember” should be like 2 bonus track or somethin. Those are to amazin not to be on there.

Any way, this goin be her best album yet! “Fantasy Ride” May 5th!!!!!!!!

You know what? I am really feeling this cover. You know why? I personally feel as though she is definately coming from a different space with this. I mean think about it! The album is indeed called “Fantasy Ride”, and the concept alone establishes a sence of inovation and creativity. When you truly think about it, who out of us, if ever granted the chance as Ciara’s creative directer would be able to encapsulate the epitome of what “Fantasy” truly represents? “Fantasy” ranges soooo far, and it is the free flowing gift of thought. Its infinate. So infinate that only a simple cover such as this could truly capture its complexity. Her eyes truly say it all. “Your in for a melodic journey, so buckle up.” That’s the feel I get. Its funny actually. Its like reading a novel with no pictures. Back when we were all in grade school, what did your language arts teachers all tell you about the transition of reading books with pictures and those without? Books without, truly allow you to utilize your imagination. The characters in each story becomes what you make of them. I feel this bears the same psychology. Its what you make of it. For far too long Ciara’s been placed within a box. We all expect 2 things from her. An up-tempo dance record, with a great video with memorable choreography to match. And when we don’t get that, I feel fans get dissatisfied and start to rant. It was an unintentionally placed gimmick that I feel she’s liberating herself from with this cover. It says so many things without words. Please think outside of what you simply see in front of you because the world truly revolves around things that are left unseen. So I’ll say it again. I personally love this cover due to the symbolism it represents. As well as the mystical aura it shines with. “FantasyRide May 5th”!!!!!! If anyone finds this worth a debate, I’m here….

She’s such an innovative artist, how do you not appreciate someone that puts so much effort into their work. This cover is so soft and beautiful and I think she’s showcasing more of herself, her heart and direction as a human being. I’m a male vocalist and I must say to listened to her voice is a pleasure. To hear the vocal growth she has made has reminded me that hard work pays off. Ciara is so ginuine to all of her fans and she just gives us more then songs, she give a piece of her in every record. Her new approach for Fantasy Ride is so Magical and seeing it come to life is a dream come true. I look up to this woman for her humbleness and beautiful spirit. I will buy like 10 copies of her album, no lie! God Bless Ciara and my prayers are with her through out this project. I know she will have longevity in her career.

The nerve of some of you to call yourself Ciara fans. Fans these days are to fickle. Yet when other female artist that shall not be name are repetitive you guys worship them, smh. Ciara is the most innovative woman in the game, she constantly reminding her true fans that evolution is a constant process. Fantasy Ride is about her traveling outside of the norm and taking us on another level and different facades of her artistry. Unfortunately half of you don’t understand the hard work that goes into music so you’re quick to focus on the big picture instead of the small details it took to receive the bigger picture. Look at her eyes in this cover smoldering her fans stating “I open myself to you” in ciara past album covers she hasn’t taken us that close to her eyes which is believe to be the portal of a humans soul. The cloudy image sorrounding her is her dreams, aspirations, her fans and all the experiences of life following her on this journey. The cover is soft and graceful yet enough to let people know there’s more to me just beauty and dancing, there’s a woman with things to say. Please wake up and focus on the picture detail by detail then you will see Queen Ciara vison of growing from girl, to young lady to woman.
