The real name of M.I.A.’s baby boy has been uncovered…and it’s not too far off from what was originally reported.

According to the birth certificate obtained by TMZ, Maya Arulpragasam has named her first child Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman. It was earlier said to be Ickitt before the Oscar nominee denied the reports on her MySpace page.

Edgar is the first name of M.I.A.’s father-in-law Edgar Bronfman, Jr., the father of her fiancé Benjamin Brewer and CEO of Warner Music Group. Arular is her father’s political title and the name of her debut album.

TMZ also noted that M.I.A’s birth date is listed as July 18, 1975 on the certificate, which makes her really 33 instead of 31 as previously noted.
