Always original, Lady GaGa raised the fashion bar yet again at 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango 2009 on Saturday at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, Calif.
The radio concert featured performances and appearances by the Black Eyed Peas, Jamie Foxx, Soulja Boy, Flo Rida, Kevin Rudolf, Pitbull, Adrienne Bailon, and more.
