New Music: Mr Hudson f/ Kanye West – ‘Supernova’

Mr. West and Mr. Hudson

Mr. West takes off into space with Mr Hudson, the “Paranoid” singer who is featured on 808s & Heartbreak. Kanye has said that the blond-haired, blue-eyed Brit has “the potential to be bigger than [him].”

Look for the shooting star’s album Straight No Chaser on August 4 and listen to his first single, “Supernova,” after the cut.

    I really like this. It sounds like something from the Graduation album, and Mr. Hudson kind of has a Chris Martin feel.

    This was written for the 808′s and heartbreaks album, they didn’t feel it quite fitted so Mr. Hudson took it away sped it up changed the beat and got Kanye joined him with the lyrics.
    Kanye gives it a ‘sumertime festival 10,000 people watching feel’ I think.
