Usher Announces New Album Title
Mariah Carey is not the only one making album announcements. Usher also revealed the title of his new album on Wednesday.
The R&B heartthrob has titled his sixth studio effort Monster. It will be released this fall, according to a statement from his publicist.
Usher has collaborated with Jermaine Dupri and Ne-Yo on Monster, the follow-up to 2008′s platinum-selling Here I Stand.

Not a bad title, but I wonder what the direction of the album is. I pray that its not something similar to Michael’s “Thriller”. That would be such an obvious theme to try and come back. I’ll be on the lookout though…

& this is weird because he and Mariah’s last albums came out around the same time and had the same “fate”, for lack of better word.

There was 4 years between Confessions and Here I Stand.
And now there’s only 1 year and a half between Here I Stand and Monster???
I think he should’ve tried a little bit more with Here I Stand before giving up…
Anyway, hope for him that this one will be good.
