Rap-Up.com || Rihanna to Appear at Chris Brown Hearing

Rihanna is scheduled to attend a court hearing next month as a possible witness in the assault case against Chris Brown.

According to Usmagazine.com, Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, says that his 21-year-old client will be subpoenaed by prosecutors to testify at Brown’s preliminary hearing in Los Angeles on June 22.

On Thursday, a judge denied a motion by Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, to require the LAPD to release confidential records to determine who leaked a photo of a beaten Rihanna to the media.

The 20-year-old “Run It!” singer has pleaded not guilty to assault and criminal threats charges stemming from the February incident.

@Lilly I’ve been saying the same thing. even if she didn’t want to testify before, she’s going to nail his ass now. He should have never leak those pictures.
