In a historic moment for hip-hop, two of the greatest that ever did it, Eminem and Jay-Z, took the stage together at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Monday. The private concert was thrown by video game maker Activision to announce DJ Hero, the hip-hop version of the best-selling game Guitar Hero, due this October.
The rap titans performed solo sets before coming together onstage for “Renegade,” their collaboration off Jigga’s The Blueprint.
