Rap-Up.com || Kelis Calls Out ‘Scumbag Coward Husbands’

Kelis has no patience for infidelity. The “Bossy” singer is putting “scumbag coward husbands” and “less than impressive sluts” on blast. And it doesn’t take a genius to figure out who she may be talking about.

The 29-year-old songstress filed for divorce from Nas in April, citing verbal abuse and infidelity. The couple had been married for almost six years.

In a Twitter post on Thursday (June 4), Kelis lashed out at adulterers. Although she does not cite her estranged husband by name, she does allude to what may have caused their breakup.

“This lovely day I would like to touch on cheaters,” she started. “Why be cowardly, why not go after what you really want? Do people know what they want? Probably not, which just goes into know and respecting one’s self.”

She didn’t only point the finger at men. “Also we can discuss whores, I mean the nasty, sub-par tricks that participate in the cheating,” she said. “Well let me say this, both parties are gross. And in reality they deserve each other.”

Cheating is rumored to have been the cause of her breakup with her rapper husband. “All the scumbag coward husbands and the less than impressive sluts unite! You can all go down in flames together! Hooray!” she continued. “Who’s disgusted and bitter? LOL, not I said the cat! Wink wink.”

Kelis finds the husband at fault, but excuses the behavior of younger women. “No seriously I have no [patience] for any of it, but the problem is women usually blame the women. I am here to say the husband is way more at fault. Now of course the woman/women who partake are stupid and pitiful. And honestly I will say it’s expected from younger girls 23 and under.”

Additionally, she calls on women to step up to the plate. “But after that I do think as women we need to take more responsibility. Men are driven by something different than we are,” she added. “And that’s generally stupidity. Don’t worry, we still love you guys. We just have to be smarter.”

Kelis is eight months pregnant with her first child and Nas’ first son, due this summer.

Kelis is being inmmature and stupid…and this is a publicity stunt…she has an album coming out and she is using this to generate sales…SHE WILL FLOP MAJOR! Kelis has never behaved in such a manner…she has for the most part displayed herself as a strong woman…she now sounds bitter and not sincere at all…this is so for PUBLICITY! She thinks this will make her look like an innocent victim by bashing NAS! She did not even defend herself when she got arrested or rumored sex tape! Those who are quiet have nothing to hide and those who rant the loudest are always trying to look as if they are perfect and we all know Kelis is not that!
