The problem I have with Ciara is that I dont understand her concept for this album. I don’t get the looks, it’s not cohesive.
Like for example:
Lady GaGa: Futuristic Fashion & Music
Beyonce: Sasha fierce (over the top glam goddes) VS Beyonce (simple).
Rihanna: Good Girl Gone Bad image: rock glam look!

But Ciara: all over the place.

Not everybody can reach that icon or “Beyonce” status, so please stop trying to compare the two. There are two different artists, on two very different levels. I’m a fan of both and my point is that just because a female artist(ciara) isn’t on Beyonce’s level doesn’t mean that they’re not successful or a good artist. No nobody is copying anybody. You all need to realize that Ciara would have a way bigger career than beyonce, if hers wasnt cheeted. Look, for Goodies, “Pick Up The Phone” and “Thug Style” would have been the fourth and fifth hits from the album, which is what was supposed to happen, but “And I” that stalled at 96 was released. Then The Evolution had hardly any promotion. If it had more, it could have sold more, and had more top ten hits. It also would have sold more if Ciara’s label hadn’t cancelled the releases of “That’s Right” and “My Love”. Then Fantasy Ride isn’t reaching its potential because some idiot leaked all her songs. If none of this stuff would have happened, she would be bigger than Beyonce and Rihanna.
Also when you see specials on old artists, they are always about ones that had a struggle. Ciara’s ups and downs in her career are what makes people keep lookin her up. Hit after hit, Beyonce’s career is boring

Ciara does what she does to the best of her ability, which every artist does and should do. I’m tired of this comparison crap…it’s so pointless and immature! Mariah is the #1 selling female recording artist, so does that mean that every single female that sings is trying to be her? NO! You act like if any other female artist gets just a little attention, that it’s gonna somehow hurt B. It’s ludicrous! And for God sake, of course B is more popular than C is! I mean Beyonce’s been out with Destiny’s Child since like 1998 and Ciara came out in 2004. That’s like a 6 year difference, so of course more people would know her.

What the hell do you people want!? You want Ciara to hold back her confidence, her growth and talent in order to put some people on a pedestal, so their egos can be at rest!? Jay Z is one of the greatest rappers alive and has been around longer than a lot. Does that mean Kanye, T.I. or Drake should bow down to him and stop doin what they’re doing?! NO! I mean come on….that’s crazy! If that’s the case, than Beyonce, Keyshia and every other female artist that came out after Mariah should do that for her. But NO they shouldn’t either. MC has been doing music since 1990 and is still #1. Just about every artist has been inspired by who came before them. That doesn’t mean they should just give up on their dreams just because someone came before them. If they did that, we would never have any up and coming new talent. The music industry would just die out.

I love what a lot of artist do, male or female. Everybody has their niche and things they bring to the game. I’m fan of Ciara, Beyonce, Mariah and so many others. Just like Mariah and Beyonce have inspired generations of kids and aspiring talent, Ciara is doing the same thing. They all do what they do. And they do it to the best of their ability, as they should.

Just like John Mayers song “Say” I say what I feel like saying if I’m moved to. It’s better to say something than nothing at all. Better to stand for something than just exist in the world. I spread the truth and positivity and I feel good doing it. Just because someone’s passionate about an issue or topic doesn’t mean we’re crazy or don’t have a life. I don’t see beyonce workin as hard as she is& effort is what I love bout an artist & Ciara is clearly displays effort & passion. Ok yeah the location is similar 2 bey’s diva vid so what!! & so what if Ciara if Ciaras dances amazing. Singers each hav their individual strength & Ciaras clearly is hot video delivery w/above & beyond dancing. Beyonce has an amazing voice, great writers, like 60yrs of experience ahead of many others. Rihanna has a great stylist & great writers& the sympathy vote.Each hav their own individual style, yes, but their are vying 4 the top spot so there’s the reason as 2 why the 3 r so highly compared, who’s the best, obviously beyonce(but I disagree) cuz she has a fan base who are so jealous of rihanna&ciara that they hav 2 get on there post & post rude remarks. Yes ya’ll hav ur opinions but when ur on the post long after ur comment was submitted & still hating ur obviously conceited. I personally think another deserves the the crown & I nominate the princess’s Ciara & Rihanna to de-thrown the wicked queen. I love the video pics & wish beyonce had better videos to match the strength of her songs, but oh well guess she don’t care bout her fans, lol, with sweet love, who’s who!!!

Jay.. i understand you… every artist gotta have their own style and personality, and it maybe seems that they have. but it’s just hard to hear everybody talkin bout how ciara is so much better than beyoncé , i’m no die hard fan of beyoncé, not even a big fan , but i can just see the difference between them , and that’s all..

Duh, isn’t it obvious, the 3 r so compared becuz they’re all competing 4 the best, who cares if they’re different artists w/different styles, if there non-relevant than their not important but all 3 r so unique becuz their competing 2b the best, get some education if some of ya’ll don’t get it, lol, (don’t be offended, I’m not directly contradicting anyone but its the most obvious issue)
