I’m have supported Mariah since the beginning…but let’s be honest. Mariah Carey no longer has the vocal skills she use to have…which is why she is resulting to singing songs that invovle more sing-talk. Sad. And to think she used to go through so much precaution on tour with the special humidifiers to perserve her voice and by 40, she’s pretty much lost it. No more high notes. The end of an era.
The song is alright. Nothing crazy. And who cares if she’s dissing Em. If she’s saying that he’s lame…then why waste your time going at somebody who nobody really cares about anymore. LET’S GET BACK TO THE MUSIC FOLKS!!!

umm.. she’s singing high notes in this song.. and if you listen to her last album she still performs very well vocally. Some of you make comments, yet you don’t even listen to her music. Doesn’t make much sense.
I mean, she has been using her whisper voice and different tones since the beginning. It’s just that radio once played those songs with the powerful vocals, which is why her greatest hits album has mostly power ballads; but that’s the past! She will have them on the album and she said the next single will be one.

I love the song, but I hav 2 giv it a proper rating & that is why I giv it a 2.5/4, production is crazy but the mariah I was into had a broad term of vocabulary & never used words like that of an 18-21 year old singer would use, she has lost her touch, other than that I actually like the song but musically it deserves a 2.5 outta 4 (it doesn’t matter if its a hit or not, its the vibe I get!). Hopfully she’ll raise the bar with a music video!!
