well yea i can understand why ppl would be pissed about young money goin on but other than that i thought the show was decent especially wit new edition, keith sweat, the o’jays, even with the tyrese, trey songz, and johnny gill performance of the o’jays……that was priceless and BBD, along with ne-yo and jamie foxx’s performance at the end. i didn’t think it was a failure @ all. it was pretty cool. with artist saluting MJ @ the end of their performances.

Why is BET apologizing? I mean we all know that MJ is the king of pop and all.we also know that we love him and miss him but the truth is “he is dead and gone”. We now have the opportunity to honor those that are alive so let’s have fun it was BET awards people.

BET should apologize for the whole entire show it was crap from Kari, to Beyonce, to Jay, to Jamie Fox… what was the tribute??? Also LIL Wayne.
BET Had LIL Wayne on the show instead of Chris Brown???
Horrible show and where was the Micahel Jackson Ttribute?? You had Jay Z promo his song and the Wife Bey show boating 1/2 naked singing a song she prob didn’t understand either.
The Worst BET show EVER. Also BET should apologize for Bey’s 1/2 clothe performance… Is it necessary to not wear clothes?? There were so many Egos and the show should have been about MJ. The only exception was NEW Edition and the Ojays!!! I enjoyed them the rest of the show was Crap!!! How come Old Jay Z has to perform?? Also Bey with the same performances… No one was prepared to change their act, that’s the impression I got. Everyone’s act was thrown together, you see who are the True Michael Jackson Fans, Non on the BET show at all. No one knew how to improvise? BET Sucks and I hope they took notes as to how a tribute is done, The MJ Memorial service on July 7th was Great considering the time and the people they had to manage. The songs and performers were good, no one over did it because it was a Memorial Service and everyone was respectful. MJ’s Memorial Service was Classy and tasteful. BET should have learned. MTV/VH1 I’m sure will have a way better MJ Tribute. Matter of fact what BET did was not a Tribute to Michael Jackson, I Denouce the Entire BET show for that garbage on June 28 2009… BET should have had Monique as the host or Steve Harvey, performers is as follows: JT, Chris Brown, Mary Jay, Whitney Houston, Linole Richie, Stevie Wonder, Usher, Patti, and commedian Dave Chapel

The whole BET Awards sucked. I know the staff only had a couple of days to make the show but come on. I don’t think I will ever watch another BET Awards show. Jamie Foxx did a trouble job as well. They receive a F from me.

i heard tht something was messed up with drake leg. &nd even so , they been practicing these awards for almost a year. how do the network expect artist to just up &nd change their rountine in such short notice because of an unsuspected death of thee “king of pop”? honestly , i think it was rude to even be asked to do such a thing.
