The claws come out in Shakira’s sizzling video for “She Wolf,” the first single from her new English album due in October. The clip was directed by Jake Nava, known for his work with Beyoncé and Mariah.

Soon she will be a little of michael and janet jackson for this generation if she keep it up. her album sells might not be normal like usual but it will be. not saying she is replacing the jackson for the folks that think i am saying that, but u will oneday be able to stick her in that category.

HAHA I cannot believe that you guys actually think shakira was inspired by Ciara? as if Ciara did her own dance moves and coreography… It looks somthing like Ciara but shakira, for sure, prob doesnt even know or care what ciara does.. its funny bc most artists are unknowingly copying shakira’s dance moves (ie yonce) this vid is no doubt hawt.. she is so sexy and flexible… mmmmm!

what is it with rap-up and ciara fans? its like this is their official fan community??? all you ever hear are dellusional rants from fanboys that “so and so” copied(irrelevant-floptastic) ciara. Ciara has not an ounce of talent (ok maybe an ounce or 2 more then Britney sperms) unless you count learning footwork and coreography talent. (lol) She is just tall and sexy and thats all i love her wigs/weaves too.
(since the music thing aint really selling for her she should try putting her name on some wig-line.. the fanboys, im sure, will eat it up and think she invented and had alot to do with making the wigs weaves/dyes/relaxers)

@ JOEI first off Most of the time Ciara fans are just defending her! People always saying Ciara is copying certian artist and they do more than that. Just like you came to Shakira’s defense we do the same for C. You’re entitled to your own opinion, but don’t say that Ciara has no talent cause you know that’s a lie. YOU just said that you miss her Goodies era so obviously you were all over her then and thought she was the ish and now you say she ain’t got any talent!?!? I’m in fact fan of a lot of artist more than I can even name in R&B, Rock, Pop, Gospel, Country but Ciara is my favorite and so what!!! We can like who we wanna like just like you can.
and don’t act there ain’t no artist out there who are inspired by what Ciara does. I think Shakira is amazing just like the rest but a lot of the moves in this video remind me of Ciara. I can’t help what I see. Obviously others see it too. It’s more than just the cage. It’s some of the dance moves too. I really don’t care I love this video to and Shakira CAN really move we all know that, but so can Ciara. It’s probably just a coincidence. But please don’t act like Shakira don’t know who Ciara is. This is so Ciara’s concept. Yeah it was beyawnce-esque but the cage thing all her. & its surprising that some beyonce stans think she’s all that, lol, cuz she only has 4 #1 singles. Everyone has a point on her yes…but truth is…Shakira has been dancing like this since she came out back in the early 90s…The video might have similar scenes but Shakira’s song is more unique and makes you think….Nd by the looks of it…This “world premired” on thursday on MTV and i’ve already seen it more times on mtv;mtv hits than i ever saw Love Sex and Magic on TV….so Apparently CiCi wasnt doing suttin right.
