Jay-Z Makes It Rain in Jersey

Even a downpour couldn’t stop Jay-Z from headlining the All Points West Music & Arts Festival at Liberty State Park in New Jersey on Friday. Jay filled in for the Beastie Boys, who pulled out after member Adam Yauch was diagnosed with cancer.
