I Bet more people would rather have Rihiana drop a album than MC drop one No one cares if she does another album again. Her Time has come she is 39 years old going on 40. You never hear the media talk about MC.All you hear or read on sites is repots on Rihiana you never hear anything on MC. Rihanna has had a hectic few years promoting album after album and touring so its kinda nice to see her doing normal stuff like going out for dinner or shopping (yes i know climbing out of a helicopter isnt classed as normal for most people but it does for her because she has the cash)

her music and style are cool (watch how a million people post how she isnt Ciara or Beyonce blah blah blah)

Im not saying she is like MC yet but she is shaping up to be like her. She proablbly wont sell ass much as MC did in her entire carer. but in todays era no one can. with all the bootlegging and illigal downloading.But she is doing pretty good. she is already working with Top artist like Jay Z, T.I., Kanye. and im not sure on how much she gets to do shows but Im sure she is somewhere near 1 million or over. Come on if rihiana was doing a album right know no one would pay attention to MC and yall no that. lol I love Rihanna but she will NEVER be MC! No other chick will. Not many artist male or female have had times in their career like Mariah did. I mean she practically ruled the 90’s and is still in demand today. No doubt Rihanna is big and will continue to be a success, but the next Mariah Carey??? I think not.

It’s so funny how a lot these young people like to discredit many artist like Mariah. You wanna say their time has past and their old work means nothing. I’m sure every female artist out grew up listening to MC and probably still do. If you have to tell other artist to sit down so others can shine, you must not have full confidence in your music and ability. It’s like telling last year’s winner of a marathon, “could you please stop trying and sit down so I can have my chance at the gold medal.” LOLOLOL Crazy!!!

and you’ve gotta be kidding me if you think people don’t know who Mariah Carey is!?!? That’s crazy! My grandparents even know who she is. Mariah’s music will always be alive. They play her new and old records on the radio today. Just like they still play Toni Braxton, Whitney, Stevie Wonder. Also her songs are always sung at talent shows just like people all know Jackson 5 songs. And those are usually little kids that know those songs. Mariah’s hits will always live on! :)
