The Black Eyed Peas, Sean Kingston, JoJo, Jordin Sparks, and Keke Palmer rode the wave to the Teen Choice Awards 2009 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., on Sunday. Britney Spears was honored with the Ultimate Choice Award in the form of a surfboard at the 19th annual show, which airs Monday at 8 p.m. on Fox.
