Janet Jackson wowed in a blue show-stopper as she chaired amfAR Milano, the inaugural benefit for AIDS research held in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week in Italy on Monday (Sept. 28). Kanye West and Amber Rose were also in attendance. The matching couple stepped out in all black.
