Mariah Carey was swimming in a sea of fans and photographers at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City on Tuesday (Sept. 29). MC was there to promote her new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel and fragrance Forever.

Oh and the reason why most 40 year olds don’t dress like that is ‘cus they don’t look anywhere near as good as MC. She can pull it off and get away with it because she looks so great.
