All eyes are on Chris Brown and his new single “I Can Transform Ya” (aka “Transformer”). The 20-year-old pop star releases the first official music from his third album Graffiti. The Swizz Beatz production features Lil Wayne and Swizzy.

“I’m trying to make as much music as possible for ya’ll while doing the community service at the same time,” Chris Breezy told his fans on Ustream. “I love ya’ll, thank you.”

I gotta say i was expecting this to be better. The beat sounds like i have already heard it before. Lil waynes part was mediocre at best, they were hyping this up like it was gonna be so crazy but in actuality its just ight. I kno the rest of CB’s album will be crazy tho!

Reading the above comments i thought that it might be mediocre, but in my opinion it’s far from it, i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it and i’m the kind of person that has to listen to a song a few times before i get used to it, but not with this tune.

This is mediocre
but since his name is attached to it his stans will try and make this song no.1 when it isnt no.1 material this is another wall to wall for chris = flop
Its unoriginal but all cb songs are hes a follower which is why he will never be anywhere close to what mj was
Mj lead his generation cb just does what everyone else is doing never anything new
He has yet to have any type of classic
No classic song, no classic album, no classic video
I dont think ever will make any kind of classic or any timeless music
He is just trendy for the moment
But with another average song about nothing he will be like Ciara pretty soon

I think he makes bad choices when it comes to first singles. his last first single (wall to wall) was a bad choice, and had to be saved by kiss kiss. He better release a second single FAST if he wants to have a chance at going #1. This song is sub-par.

i agree he does make better second singles than first singles
but i honestly do not think that this is as average as everyone saying it is.

@ FrankE- just because someone doesn’t find this song average But like it; does not necessarily mean their chris brown’s “stans” its just means they like the music. I am a chris brown fan (not stan), but if i don’t like a track of his i would say so and i agree “wall to wall” was kind of a flop compared to what he can do, but i don’t think this would flop.

I remember when “Run It” first came out and i heard it on the radio i knew it was an instant smash hit, scott storch created a sound that was so fresh and with juelz santanas verses it took it to the next level. With this transformer track its lacking that freshness that “run it” had and i think being on his third album he needs to step it up and create a new sound we havent heard before. I dont see an evolvment with this song from run it, i feel like this is a downgrade.

WHY does everybody always have to gang up on him ? like seriouusly just check ouut twitter & see how maany people are saayin “i can transform ya” , it’s craaaaazy ! just cuuhz this particular ” group ” doesn’t like tha joint , doesn’t mean nobody else will cuhz frankly this is tha ONLYY site so far in which i have seen negative comments to breezy & to tha song .. what gives ? i had to listen to tha song only once before i got hooked .. it’s pretty hard not to with tha catchy hook , & his soft voice is just tha icing on tha cake .. lil wayne is okaay .. i never really used to like his “rapping voice” but i think with a little editing (YES autotune is good sometimes !) tha lyrics would have stood out way more cuuhz tha shiit he says in there is siiiick . definitely buyin’ this one on iTunes , & coppin’ “Graffiti” .. can’t wait to see tha mixture of music genres he’s got on there , although i hope he doesn’t stray far from R&B cuhz thaat’s just where he’s at right now . i’m pretty sure everything will have a mainly-

you have to give this track time to grow on you… it’s tight… i think the video has to rock so this could go number one… but everybody’s waiting on his comeback single so this could probably go straight up… and btw, Wall To Wall maybe a flop when it comes to charts, but that song was HOT and is still is…

When I first heard this song i was like c’mon chris, this is messy…

but after listening and REALLY listening this song is HARD

Lyrically, musically(the beat) the way chris rides the beat, its real creative. I really like it now. He’s going to MURDER the video with his dance skills. Im sure his album and ciara’s album are gonna drop within 6months of each other, they GOTTA do a tour together. King and Queen of Dance*
