Rap-Up.com || Album Cover: Kid Sister

Kid Sister is no shrinking violet on the cover of her debut album Ultraviolet, due November 17. The Chicago femcee shot a video for “Right Hand Hi” with director Sarah Chatfield (Lily Allen) earlier this month in Los Angeles. Catch her performing her new single, along with her hit “Pro Nails,” when she embarks on her own tour beginning October 20 in Seattle.

I love it! She really deserves more attention. Right Hand Hi is a lot better than some of the trash they be playin on the radio these days.

Once again Rap-Up, I’m glad I can come on this site for Kid Sister updates. I knew this site would be the first to get its hands on her album cover. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to FINALLY hear it on November 17th!

she should be working on her 2nd album by now… shes been around since forever. its like the gun went of for the race and she didnt start running…. girl keep up!

@hautmess, well don’t forget she’s independent so she can do whatever the hell she wants. She went back in the studio to re-work the album so she could get it just perfect.

I’m glad to hear that her album is finally dropping!!! Hopefully this will open the door for other female emcees/rappers that are independent but don’t have that major marketing and distribution! One femcee I’m currently loving is La Femme Nikita now that girl could rap! Oh and miss Nicki Minaj too!
