Leona Lewis Advocates for Animals

Leona Lewis and Misty

Animal rights activist Leona Lewis lends her support to the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA), the world’s largest alliance of animal welfare organizations. The 24-year-old vegetarian and her family dog, Misty, a rescued Stafford Bull Terrier, appear in the WSPA’s Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare campaign.

“I support the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) because they are trying to end some of the most appalling acts of animal cruelty in the world,” said the “Bleeding Love” singer. “Now I make careful choices like the food I eat and the things I buy.”

THIS IS WHY I LOVE LEONA!!!She is such a GREAT role model for young girls. Everything from the way she dresses, the way she presents herself in interviews to the things she sings about…she is PROOF that you don’t have to be raunchy and vulgar to sell records. In the short space of 2 years she’s become a GLOBAL phenomenon, with bleeding love going no.1 in 35 countries. And with all the success she has, you’d think she’d be arrogant but she’s maintained humility and now she’s using her fame and fortune to do positive things. I hope she never changes!AMAZING!!
