Halloween may be over, but Lady Gaga still got dressed up in a frightful costume for the 13th Annual Accessories Council Excellence (ACE) Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on Monday (Nov. 2). Designer Marc Jacobs presented the fashionista with the Stylemaker Award.

@malcolm, easily, they are both products made by the label to sell records to ignorant people, who believe they dress like this just because they thought of it and its their “real personalities”. her halloween costume, and rihannas “bad girl” wardrobe is all just $$ thrown at them by their record labels to be “different”. but is it really different when EVERYONE is doing it? even people on the streets?
