MTV Europe Music Awards 2009: Red Carpet

Beyoncé lit up the red carpet in a hip-hugging Versace gown at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2009 in Berlin on Thursday (Nov. 5). Her husband Jay-Z, Lil’ Kim, Shakira, Katy Perry, Leona Lewis, and more were in the city for the 16th annual show.
