Rap-Up.com || Rihanna to Appear on Grammy Special

Although she missed last year’s Grammy Awards due to her now infamous altercation with Chris Brown, Rihanna will be on hand to assist in celebrating the 2010 Grammy nominees.

Rap-Up.com has exclusively learned that the pop singer, who won the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration Grammy in 2007 for “Umbrella,” will appear on “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown to Music’s Biggest Night” to air December 2 at 8 p.m. on CBS. The live one-hour TV special will broadcast from Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Nominations in several categories will be announced for the 52nd annual show and there will also be performances by past Grammy winners and/or nominees.

Before her date with Grammy, Rihanna will perform at the American Music Awards on November 22, as Rap-Up.com was first to report. Her fourth album Rated R arrives a day later on November 23.

Good for her. Her “empire” is very important to her and now since she has fulfilled the wishes of her sponsors she is free to enjoy the things they promised in return. I hope it proves to be worth it in the end.

Both Rihanna and Chris are focusing on their careers. Rihanna will be present at a music show/concert reciting nominations- which is a part of her job- NOT GIVING AN INTERVIEW ABOUT CHRIS BROWN!!!!!! Rihanna can’t help that the music industry isn’t harping to Chris Brown for his unbecoming actions.
