Rap-Up.com || Rihanna Gets Her Swag Back in London

Although it was not raining in London, Rihanna still reigned supreme during her concert presented by Nokia at the O2 Academy, Brixton on Monday (Nov. 16). She performed new material from her fourth album Rated R live for the first time, surprising fans with Jay-Z on “Run This Town” and Young Jeezy on her new single “Hard.”

Little Miss Sunshine ran through familiar songs such as “Unfaithful,” “Live Your Life,” “Disturbia,” and her biggest hit to date “Umbrella,” bringing out Jay once more and cementing her position as pop’s new princess.

I just read a review that said her performance sucked. That she had NO stage presence and her show was not engaging AT ALL! She needs to work on that…a pretty face can only take you so far. What is she gonna do when the hype from the infamous “incident” dies down. Honestly that is the only reason people are checking for her right now.

Pop princess? Eh, i don’t think so. She’s more of a style princess. I’m not hating on Rihanna or anything but when it comes to performing, she doesn’t impress me. I have never seen one performance by her where i was blown away after. She doesn’t have stage presence to me like artists like Britney, Beyonce and even Lady Gaga have.

i like russian roulette better on the album she got a pretty gud album i downloaded it for free and she does sound off key but nun less i dont have a problem with watchin her performance i can actually watch it cuz im a big fan of music period but she sounds horrible on russian roulette… i got to admit i like her swag on g4l, please dont stop the music, umbrella, distrubia and unfaithful are my joints for real even though umbrealla and distrubia got illumanti written all over it but dey my favs and dis is coming from BEYONCE NUMBA 1 FAN 4 LIFE…

Pinch yourselves and learn to appreciate others when they are doing great. Why is it when people say that Rihanna cant sing or perform you wanna call it hate? I believe it’s called expressing your opinion! Her vocals were terrible! You who are excepting her sounding like this is the reason why she did all that walking around and partying instead of taking vocal lessons, dance lessons or learning how to entertain her paying audience. If you continue to except this than there’s no hope for the music industry.
