Rap-Up.com || Eminem Orders Another Dose of ‘Relapse’

Eminem is having another Relapse and the doctor knows just the cure. Interscope Records is fixing up a re-release of the rapper’s sixth studio album.

Relapse: Refill will feature the original tracks from Relapse plus seven bonus songs including “Forever” with Drake, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne, and “Taking My Ball” from the DJ Hero video game. It will arrive as a double disc just in time for the holidays on December 21, Rap-Up.com has learned.

“I want to deliver more material for the fans this year like I originally planned,” Eminem said in a statement. “Hopefully these tracks on Refill will tide the fans over until we put out Relapse 2 next year.”

Em revealed that he’s headed in a new direction with Relapse 2, therefore he’s releasing the other material first on Refill. “I got back in with Dre and then a few more producers, including Just Blaze, and went in a completely different direction which made me start from scratch. The new tracks started to sound very different than the tracks I originally intended to be on Relapse 2, but I still want the other stuff to be heard.”

It will interesting if these tracks have Just blaze production… if they don’t expect a new album in 2010!

I’m not happy about this at all. I was expecting Relapse 2. . . YESTERDAY! I don’t want a Relapse 1.2. I want a Relapse 2. With at least. . . 18 NEW songs. It’s not like Eminem isn’t good for it.

I believe we should wait & see… on other sites it says its only a rumor!

Relapse has gone 4x platuim & I just don’t see why people would buy it just for 7 tracks… hmmm what are Interscope up to?

well this is gonna be relapse 2… but the original relapse 2 album is being scrapped n gonna be released maybe sumtime in 2010 but itz most likely gonna be called sumthin different since interscope seez it az emotionally driven.

relapse 2 is not scraped the seven songs don’t match relapse 2 so interscope is putting out refill em is the man he had over 50 songs on these albums its awesome 3 albums in a year you all are haters

I don’t know about you guys but I trust eminem. I understand where he is coming from and it might even be better for him to release this album again so it can really be heard you know. I have bought every eminem cd and I think after so many years he still has his own style that no one else can bring. And watch these 5 new songs (not including forever and taking my ball) will make you happy he released of. Relapse 2 will just bring all the heat and will wow us and I can’t wait.
