Rihanna drives a hole into our head with the repetitive chorus found on “Hole in My Head,” a bonus track from Rated R featuring her pal Justin Timberlake. The upbeat song was helmed by JT’s production team The Y’s, who also did “Cold Case Love.” Did RiRi make the right choice in leaving this off the album?

Hott but I can see why it was left off. Doesn’t really fit in with the rest of the album. Lets be glad she still released it in some form.

She’s smart she is staying with the theme of the album which basically a dark album. This does not go with the album but good song non the less.

It’s upbeat but it’s nothing special. What happened with Riri, the songs from her album are not the next big thing.
Generally i think 2009 is one of the worst years in music: albuns flopped, the songs are not memorable, artists are constantly re-releasing albuns, no creativity at all.
Best of 2009: Lady gaga.
WE MUST SUPPORT ARTISTS LIKE WHITNEY , MARIAH, TAYLOR, JAY-Z, CIARA, JEWEL, ETÇ… BUYING THEIR ALBUNS. DON’T LET THE MUSIC DIE LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON.

I actually like the song, but I can understand why it was left off of the album. I’m sure that it will be on the re-release though.

It’s a choon. I love the production. The lyrics are… hmm. She may not have written the song but she conveys them well. Just like Breakin dishes or w/eva. I can see why it was left out the album but still a great track imo :)

love the song, but agree that it doesn’t go with the whole vibe of rated r. but still a great record.

so this doesnt fit the album but te amo does? L-O-L
this song is more of the REAL rihanna not all this im so dark and such a HBIC, look at me! in fact the whole cohesiveness of rated r falls apart about every 3 songs. this is an example of trying too hard to be different but in the end youre just like everyone else.

The track is hot and it really should of been on the album. It fits better than Te amo. I mean really I’m so confused as to how Te amo was chosen over this. Dont get me wrong I like Te amo but it just seems out of place on Rated R. I really like Hole In My Head its a tight track and I’m gonna bump the hell out of it on my Ipod.
