A little time behind bars can’t stop T.I. from appearing on new records. Usher bags Tip for a Scott Storch production from his Raymond vs. Raymond album, now due in 2010. Ursh brags about his VIP status, globe-trotting schedule, and record sales. “Industry’s in the recession, but I’m still spending from Confessions,” he boasts.
