Lupe Fiasco says thank you to his fans this Thanksgiving with a new mixtape, Enemy of the State: A Love Story, featuring freestyles to Timbaland and Drake’s “Say Something,” Slaughterhouse’s “The One,” Clipse’s “Popular Demand,” and more. Lupe revealed that he’s already working on another mixtape, Friend of the People, for Christmas Day, with his third album Lasers dropping in the new year.

I don’t understand the hype. Some very tricky lyrics, great metaphors. Maybe it’s better than Wayne’s latest, but it’s pretty average in terms of Lu material. I’m expecting a lot more from Lasers.
