An apologetic Chris Brown responded to Rihanna’s “20/20” interview on Friday night (Dec. 4). He spoke about being in love for the first time, his videotaped message that caused an uproar on the Internet, domestic violence classes, and taking responsibility. He also showed off his sneaker collection to ABC News anchor Robin Roberts.

And despite her claiming otherwise, Chris says that Rihanna listened to his apology song “Changed Man” the day he wrote it and “cried when she first heard [it].”

There is NO EXCUSE for lying at ALL in this situation and trying to mislead the public! Its NEVER okay to lie about sometjing this serious esepcially when its affecting peoples LIVES like she said.She was DEAD WRONG for lying and I have NO SYMPATHY for her. Im hear for the music. She is NO VICTIM and she is no role model. She is simply a model with a microphone!Another thing…If she could so EASILY lie about something as simple as rather or not she heard that song to protect her image just IMAGINE how much other stuff in that interview was a lie! In the “Sharon Stone Film Basic Instinct” (Rihanna was mimikcking that scene in her interview, for the way she was dressed all the way down to how she was sitting in the seat!) Sharon Stone was LYING about not killing her husband. She was blufffing them, but she KNEW they couldnt prove it or stop it cause she was the widow.
Rihanna was channeling that. She was LYING about what happened between her and Chris Brown to help maintain her wholesome image. It makes HER look better to say “he blacked out and jumped on me and beat me” to make him look like a maniac and her like a complete victim with no problem.
If she would have admitted to being violent with him first, or in the past, or in past relationships it would have TAINTED her image. Chris Brown had to be the only aggressor. She wouldnt admit her part! Her people told her not to to maintain her image. She wasnt going to accept equal fault.And thats not because she cares about DM and wants to “help young girls” its cause she wants to maintain her image.
She knows chris brown cant go crazy and rebuttle like “oh…that b*tch lying, she hit me first, she gave me herpes, she did this and that, we were drunk ect ect… cause hes underaged, and he would have looked like hes trying to justify or defend himself and people woild get mad at him for that cause he cant justify what he did. AT ALL.

Honestly, i’m tired of hearing from both Rihanna and Chris Brown. I also find it pathetic that they both did interviews right before each had an album coming out. It’s like there both using what happened now to sell albums but neither of them were talking when they didn’t have albums to promote. I’m not “hating” on either of them, i’m just being real.

Chris Brown has done SEVERAL interviews and spoke out BEFORE he was promoting his album. He didnt just come out of nowhere and speak a week before his album dropped like Rihanna did. Big difference. Chris Brown has BEEN speaing about this for a year. Several times to the point where people are saying they are annoyed by him apologizing so much.
Rihanna is the person who went MIA and came a week before her album dropped with a rehearsed interview dressed like sharon stone in basic insticnt. Not Chris…We can at least give him that.

Hes responding to HER. He wouldnt have this interview right before his album release if he wasnt resonding to her interview weeks before her album. prior to that rihanna said nothing and held her interview to promote her album. chris has done several interviews in several magazines all year PRIOR to his album promotion. rihanna didnt speak until she started promoting her flop.chris brown spoke several times BEFORE promotions.

He has not been talking about this for a year, the incident happened like 8 months ago, so talking about it for a year is impossible dear. Actually, he IS speaking out to promote his album. He BOMBED on the larry king interview and since then it’s been his lame attempt at damage control.

CB is a kid that made a mistake, get over it b/c we all do things that we may one day regret. Just b/c he hit her DOESN’T MAKE HIM A LIAR, however, Rhianna saying that she did not hear the song, when she clearly did DOES MAKE HER A LIAR. Again, if she would like lie about something as simple as such, who knows what else she has lied about. No one was there but those two and no can say what happened but those two, but when you look at it, CB did come right out admit to it, apologize for it, and take the consequences. Celebs have personal problems, but their only obligation to the public is to do their jobs which is entertain us. I have NEVER been a fan of either, but I recognize true talent when I see. Chris is truely a gifted young man who deserves to be in this game, Rhianna…not so much, well, actually, not at all. The dude made his mistake, repented, and suffered the consequences…IT’S OVER.
